NEW ALBUM COMING OUT JANUARY 2018

D Rolark will be releasing his new CD entitled SOULIDIFY.  A sophisticated blend of Smooth Jazz and R&B.  The CD will feature D Rolark playing not only keys, but also 5-string and piccolo basses, plus his first CD with vocals.

Solo Piano/Contemporary Instrumental CD Ivory Reflections will be re-issued in the upcoming months, as well as various videos which will be uploaded on YouTube in the months ahead.

This year marks D Rolark's 30th Anniversary of Recording and Performing. Since 1987 he has recorded 30 "cassette-only" albums (each one equivalent to a double album in terms of length--90 to 120 minutes) up until 1998 before recording his first CD in 2000. 
 These cassettes were never commercially released. They were more as jotting ideas and compositions that he have written over the years. Most of the best material that D Rolark has composed became his first CD in 2000, "The Best Times in Life" (another CD that was never commercially released). This year he will be releasing these compositions as free downloads in conjunction with his first new CD in two years.
